Matt is playing a supporting role in the American independent feature ‘Busmans Holiday’, opposite Jamie McShane (Bloodline). The film will finish shooting in Sydney later this month.

Matt will be playing a corporate spy in the series finale for Newtons Law on the ABC. The ‘Upstairs Downstairs’ of legal dramas will go to air in February 2017.

Matt feels privileged to portray Sir Keith Murdoch (journalist and father to Rupert Murdoch) in Channel 7’s upcoming series, Australia: The Story of Us. The highly anticipated series will likely go to air at the end of 2014 or early 2015.

Matt is currently playing the role of a crown prosecutor in the latest series of Rake (Rake 3) for the ABC. Matt is loving working with comedy and playing opposite Richard Roxburgh! The ABC series returns in 2014 and the American adaptation (starring Greg Kinnear) will premiere in September on Fox.

In the September 2011 edition of FHM, Matt appears as the joker from The Dark Knight (film), and Gordon Gekko from Wall Street (film), in a fashion shoot with a difference - where cast members of Underbelly: Razor were asked to channel their inner screen killer.

Matt has just finished filming in the upcoming 13-part Australian television mini-series Underbelly: Razor, in which he portrays notorious psychopath and standover man John "Snowy" Cutmore. The highly anticipated Underbelly: Razor is due to screen on Australian television in mid-August 2011 and Matt's performance has already been critically acclaimed as "spot on."
Matt scores recurring role in upcoming COPS:L.A.C.

Matt has just begun shooting a recurring guest role on the new series COPS L.A.C for Channel Nine. He will play Mark Mayfield, member of the Mayfield crime dynasty. Cops: L.A.C. is Channel Nine’s new Australian drama series about the fast-paced working life and complicated relationships of a diverse range of uniformed cops and plain clothes detectives. It will be screened later in 2010.
The Pacific premiere

Matt attended the premiere of The Pacific at the iconic Grauman's Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevarde followed by the after party at the Roosevelt Hotel. Matt was acknowledged by Tom Hanks for his role in the production and enjoyed a great night with the cast. The Pacific premieres March 14 on HBO and is set to be aired in Australia later this year.

Without time to unpack Matt has this month finished shooting a guest role in the Australian TV drama Rush. The episode will be going to air in June on Australia's Channel 10 network.
Matt back from LA

Matt has returned from Los Angeles where pilot season has concluded. Matt said his trip was long and demanding but very rewarding having gained representation with Laina Cohn Managemant and Coast to Coast Talent Group. He auditioned for a number of projects and will continue to do so from his home in Melbourne.
